MCA SUCCESS STORIES:

Making Strides in Technical Document Development:
• A Technical Bulletin on Fastener Selection was updated in 2015, and provided on the MCA website.
• A Technical Bulletin on Moisture Control in Metal Roof and Wall Systems was reviewed by an MCA task group in 2015 and will be available in 2016.
• The newly formed Accessories Council began work on a Technical Bulletin on Dissimilar Metal Corrosion and a Technical Bulletin on Curbs on Metal Roofing. Both efforts made good progress in 2015 and will be completed in 2016.
• A task group was formed in 2015 to create a Specification Guide document for commercial through-fastened metal roofing systems. The document will be completed in 2016.
