Metal Composite Material: Setting the Tone for Dallas

Located between the West End historic district and the convention center in Dallas, 700 Jackson Street is a multi-phase, mixed-use development. The project consists of a ground-level restaurant and retail with 11 levels of parking above for both the courthouse and surrounding businesses. Perforated formed aluminum panels create the intricate design for the custom garage screen that sets the structure apart from other parking in the area. Special attention was paid to construction due to load-carrying embeds that were cast as part of the core’s concrete supporting structure to accommodate future expansion.
