Located between the West End historic district and the convention center in Dallas, 700 Jackson Street is a multi-phase, mixed-use development. The project consists of a ground-level restaurant and retail with 11 levels of parking above for both the courthouse and surrounding businesses. Perforated formed aluminum panels create the intricate design for the custom garage screen that sets the structure apart from other parking in the area. Special attention was paid to construction due to load-carrying embeds that were cast as part of the core’s concrete supporting structure to accommodate future expansion.

The parking garage at The HealthPlex (part of the Norman Regional Health System in Oklahoma) becomes a work of wonder thanks to a custom garage screen crafted from post-anodized aluminum plates. Every detail of the design blends durability with striking visual appeal.
Metal roofs are engineered to withstand hurricane-force winds. Buildings with metal roofing have endured some of the most powerful recent storms.

Insulated Metal Panels (IMPs) offer superior insulating properties, outstanding spanning capabilities, and one-pass installation, making them quick to install and cost-effective compared to other wall assemblies. This session will be an excellent opportunity for contractors, engineers, and other members of the metal construction industry to learn more about these products, gaining a growing market share.
