Study on Spray Foam Insulation
A study on the impacts of spray foam insulation on metal roof and wall assemblies took place in 2015, with the support of the Spray Polyurethane Foam Alliance. Spray foam insulation was evaluated for its impact on distortion and heat buildup. Results of that work were used for the basis of a Technical Bulletin as a guide for contractors. The final Technical Bulletin will be issued in 2016.
